Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork, it truly means the world to me. Every piece is packaged and shipped with care, to ensure safe arrival.

Shipping Locations

Worldwide shipping is available.

Exception: Glass-framed paintings larger than 80 cm are pickup only in Den Haag, The Netherlands. These items are noted on the product page (Hammerhead shark, Barrelled, and Mobula rays). Please contact me to arrange pickup.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery

  • Netherlands: usually within 24 hours

  • Europe: 1–6 business days

  • Rest of world: 6–21 business days

Shipped via PostNL or another appropriate international carrier, depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and calculated at checkout based on location and package size.

Packaging

All artwork is securely packaged with bubble wrap, MDF protection (for glass framed pieces), recycled cardboard, and “Handle With Care” labeling.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Customs & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email photos so I can assist you.

Local Pickup

Pickup is available in Den Haag, The Netherlands.

Return Policy

Because all artworks are original and handmade, all sales are final unless your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage, artwork and packaging. After review, I will provide a suitable resolution, which may include exchange or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. Replacement artworks will be shipped once the original item has been returned and received.

Returns

If a return is approved, the artwork must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Orders

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
